Defence industry company XTEK Limited announced the successful completion of a $2.6 million order by its subsidiary, HighCom Armor Solutions Inc (HighCom).
This achievement marks the fulfilment of a significant international order, which was initially disclosed to the ASX on 17 July 2023.
HighCom supplied an undisclosed European customer with a substantial quantity of its high-end ballistic body armour products, primarily consisting of NIJ Level IV hard armour ballistic plates.
Remarkably, the ASX-listed company said the order was not only swiftly manufactured but also dispatched to the end user nearly a month ahead of schedule.
Scott Basham, XTEK Group CEO, expressed his satisfaction with this milestone, stating, “I am happy to update the market that the A$2.6m international order we received in mid-July from an undisclosed European customer, has now been fulfilled and that many thousands of individual advanced high-performance body armour products have been dispatched to meet this customer’s operational priorities.”
He continued, “HighCom’s ongoing and consistent ability to supply large orders of NIJ-certified and world-leading ballistic products to far-flung international destinations all around the world, is exactly what gives our customers – like this one in Europe – such great confidence in our HighCom brand and business.”

The company’s Ballistics Division, based on the HighCom Armor business and brand, focuses on designing, manufacturing and supplying global military, law enforcement, and first responder customers.
Meanwhile, XTEK’s Technology Division is focused on manufacturing and supplying global defence and security agencies with world-leading Australian-made and globally sourced systems, sensors, software, and support.
