The company adheres to strict Quality Procedures and each station is equipped with test stations. Most of the employees have decades of experience at the plant, with a strong understanding of both the products and the quality procedures inside out. Where other low cost countries have been known for their high turnover of staff, the production environment at CMP Controls is filled with countless years of combined experience manufacturing the same products, for over 35 years.
Although price does play a factor in some markets, other markets, such as the Middle East, are purely concerned about the quality and longevity of the ballast and transformer. The products, which mainly consist of copper, plastic and metal objects, all need to adhere to the strictest of quality standards, and everything from the assembly of the product, through to the packaging and warehousing, all has to be systematically measured for quality and consistency.
