Mitsubishi Electric Australia seeks to help system integrators get their businesses off the ground with its new System Integrator program, which it unveiled at the recent Modern Manufacturing Expo in Sydney.
The program will provide businesses with access to a suite of benefits, including pre-project assistance, technical support, and comprehensive health checks. Partners will also be able to purchase various products through their choice of Diamond Distributors or other authorised Mitsubishi Electric Australia resellers.
Furthermore, the program will provide access to a partner portal, newsletter and technical library, along with sales and product training.
Partners will also be listed on the Mitsubishi Electric website and have access to a partner logo as part of the marketing support included in the program.
Mitsubishi Electric also announced AI Automation as the program’s first Diamond partner at the Modern Manufacturing Expo.
Colin Heath, owner of AI Automation, said he has been using Mitsubishi Electric automation products for over 24 years and has had access to the company’s excellent backup service.
AI Automation has used Mitsubishi Electric automation equipment across a wide array of automation projects, spanning different industries, such as agricultural, distillation, brewing, and mining projects, and will continue to do so.
As a Diamond Systems Integrator, Heath said his company will be enabled to tap into other areas, such as the food and beverage industry. AI Automation is also looking forward to being able to engage in a wider project base both in content and in technology, Heath noted.
The company plans to utilise the improved access to training to enhance product knowledge both on existing and new products as they are released. This will allow the company to enhance its services to customers with up-to-date solutions.
“With the efficiencies gained by a higher level of training and access to technical support, it will allow AI Automation to become more efficient, and to provide the customer more advanced cost-effective solutions,” Heath said.
Mitsubishi Electric’s System Integrator program offers four levels– Registered, Professional, Gold, and Diamond– with each level providing a variety of availability and extent of benefits.
