Manheim appointed to manage IVECO Trucks Australia plant dispersal

Manheim Industrial has been appointed to manage the disposal of plant and assets on behalf of IVECO Trucks Australia and in conjunction with joint venture partner Liquidity Services.

After 70 years IVECO Trucks Australia has announced it will cease local manufacturing at its Dandenong South truck assembly plant, switching its focus and expertise toward a fully imported range of models to meet the needs of Australian and New Zealand customers.

The vast Dandenong South facility will cease production in early July and Manheim Industrial will handle the complete end-to-end dispersal process, specifically the sale of all plant, machinery and assets.

The assets will be sold via Expression of Interest, Tender and online BidNow auctions at www.manheim.com.au. BidNow auctions are timed online auctions where bidders can place their maximum bid online 24/7.

– Expression of Interest for major assets open now and closing 29th July 2022.
– First online auction is 19th May – 24th May, 2022.
– Further online auctions and a scrap tender will be conducted July through October, 2022.

– Spare Parts
– Pallet Racking and much more.
