Legrand Australia, a key player in the global electrical and digital infrastructure solutions market, announced its return to the renovation show The Block for the 2024 season.

This year marks the 20th milestone season of the show, which kicked off last night on Channel 9 and 9Now, the company said in a news release.

The season is set on Phillip Island in Victoria, where five couples will be transforming five luxury family holiday homes.

As part of its continued partnership with The Block, Legrand Australia is providing contestants with a range of innovative and sustainable smart home and electrical products.

These solutions are designed to help the renovators create modern, energy-efficient, and fully connected living spaces, both indoors and outdoors.

Among the Legrand products featured in the series are the Excel Smart Life Switches & Sockets, Aqua Life PowerPoints, Exit & Emergency Lighting, and LED Floodlights.

Palash Nandy, CEO of Legrand Australia and New Zealand, expressed the company’s enthusiasm about partnering with the show once again.

“Legrand products are designed to improve lives. Our range of solutions—from smart and stylish switches to energy-efficient lighting to powerpoints that offer greater wiring flexibility—deliver simplicity, security, and comfort to the spaces that matter most,” Nandy said.

“We look forward to sharing the latest smart home innovation, trends, and inspiration from Legrand with Australian homeowners and renovators, while also building brand awareness across our range, with the 1.3 million viewers per episode, to support our trade partners.”

Legrand Australia, as part of the global Legrand Group, designs, manufactures, and distributes over 15,000 items under several premium brands, including Legrand, HPM, BTicino, and Netatmo.

The company also boasts a dedicated R&D team that tailors products and solutions specifically to the needs of the Australian and New Zealand markets.
