FBR, in collaboration with CRH Ventures, has completed the first five homes as part of its US Demonstration Program, marking a significant step forward for construction technology.

The program’s first milestone was achieved with New Century USA, where FBR’s innovative Hadrian X technology built the inaugural home, certified by an independent engineer.

This certification highlights Hadrian X’s capability to construct homes of various styles and sizes, adapting seamlessly to local requirements and conditions, FBR said in a media release.

Two additional homes were constructed for Christopher Alan Homes, a leading private homebuilder in Southwest Florida, emphasising the adaptability of Hadrian X in building a range of residential structures.

Christopher Alan Homes is noted for its presence in the local housing market, making this collaboration a strategic one for both parties.

With five out of ten homes now completed, FBR has expressed enthusiasm for the program’s progress and the opportunity to further demonstrate the potential of automated bricklaying technology.

Houses #6 and #7, also in collaboration with New Century USA, are expected to be finished in the coming weeks.

According to FBR, this demonstration in the US showcases the future of automated home construction and underscores FBR’s commitment to advancing building technology on a global scale.
