ECI Software Solutions, a global provider of cloud-based business management software and services, has announced the completion of its acquisition of ProfitKey International LLC, an enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform for discrete manufacturers.
The strategic acquisition enhances ECI’s manufacturing software portfolio and further solidifies its commitment to supporting businesses within the industry. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
