
Justrite Safety Group, a global manufacturer of safety products and an Audax Private Equity portfolio company, has acquired Global Spill and Safety, an Australian provider of industrial safety solutions.
The acquisition is expected to expand Justrite’s portfolio of spill-containment products, absorbents, and other safety solutions while increasing its presence in the Asia-Pacific region, as revealed in a media release.
In a statement, Ankush Kumar, President and CEO of Justrite Safety Group, said the acquisition aligns with the company’s goals.

Global Spill and Safety, headquartered in Melbourne, has operated in the industry for over 30 years, offering spill-containment solutions, absorbents, safety cabinets, signage, and other essential products for mining and industrial operations.
