Australia’s largest soft drink bottler, Coca-Cola Amatil, has announced that it has appointed Martyn Roberts of Woolworths as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
According to the ASX Announcement, Martyn Roberts will join CCA as chief financial officer in July or August, succeeding long-serving CFO Nessa O’Sullivan.
Ms O’Sullivan’s departure was announced at the beginning of the year.
Before joining Woolworths, where he held various senior executive positions, Mr Roberts spent over 9 years as CFO with Louis Vuitton where he gained international experience in both Europe and Asia.
CEO Alison Watkins has been reorganising her management team since she was appointed a year ago.
“I am delighted that Martyn will be joining the team at CCA. Martyn is a highly credentialed executive with broad experience in general management and in leading finance and corporate strategy, both in Australia and offshore. He has a strong track record of success in corporate finance, commercial management, strategy development and driving performance improvement,” said Ms Watkins.
The company also announced this January that SPC managing director Peter Kelly would leave the company at the end of this month.
