FoodTech QLD, Queensland’s food manufacturing and technology event, will return to the Gold Coast on 19-20 June 2025, at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The event, which showcases advancements in food production, science, supply chain, processing, and packaging, is expected to attract over 3,000 professionals and more than 140 suppliers from across the industry.

Organisers have highlighted the event’s role as a critical platform for introducing innovative solutions and fostering valuable connections in the food and beverage manufacturing sector.

The two-day conference, running alongside the exhibition, will feature experts discussing emerging trends, automation, artificial intelligence, and strategies for reducing operational costs.

Attendees will also gain insights into adapting to changing consumer demands and leveraging digital tools like IoT and predictive analytics to improve supply chain efficiency.

Exhibitors will present a wide range of innovations, including advanced filling equipment, automated packaging systems, and sustainable packaging options.

Networking will be a key focus, with events such as a Welcome Party at The Star’s Isoletto Privé on 18 June and a Networking Party at QT’s Stingray Lounge on 19 June.

A dedicated Networking Lounge, sponsored by Mosca, will offer additional opportunities for attendees to connect in a relaxed setting.

The conference agenda will also address workforce challenges, including attracting and retaining talent, upskilling teams for advanced technologies, and fostering collaboration.

Panel discussions and keynote sessions will emphasise building resilient and innovative workforces to meet the demands of a rapidly evolving industry.

FoodTech QLD 2025 aims to position itself as a vital hub for innovation, industry growth, and collaboration.
