The Women in Manufacturing Summit 2024 is set to take place from 20 to 22 August, bringing together some of the most influential leaders and innovators in the industry.
The summit, to be held in Melbourne, aims to offer an enriching experience with an array of new speakers, content, and formats designed to inspire and educate attendees.
Organisers said the event is dedicated to driving diversity, developing essential skills, and enabling career success for women in the manufacturing sector.
Among the distinguished speakers are Clair Edwards, Technical Director for Oceania at Symrise AG; Laura Besley, Head of Sustainability at CSR; and Samantha Read, CEO of Chemistry Australia.
These industry leaders, along with others, will share their insights on leadership, sustainability, and the future of manufacturing.
The summit will feature interactive sessions, including champagne roundtables, panel discussions, and networking opportunities.

Additionally, Karin Vosmansky, Executive Director at Mack Valves, will lead a session on “Empowering Women for Leadership,” which will showcase success stories and promote a culture of mentorship.
