Registrations for the Australian Manufacturing Technology Institute Limited’s (AMTIL) upcoming Australian Manufacturing Week 2024 (AMW2024) in Sydney are now open.
The event, held at the Sydney ICC in Darling Harbour from 17 to 19 April, will feature the latest innovations, technologies, and equipment in the advanced manufacturing sector.
AMW2024 will occupy more than 6,560 sqm of exhibition space at the Sydney ICC at Darling Harbour. This space will be occupied by Australian manufacturing companies categorised into seven zones that focus on particular aspects of manufacturing in Australia.
These zones will include the Austech Machine Tools, Additive Manufacturing Zone, Australian Manufacturers Zone, Manufacturing Solutions Zone, Robotics & Automation Zone, Weld and Air Solutions Zone, and the Plastic Technology Zone.
The Robotics & Automation Zone will showcase the Australian industry’s latest state-of-the-art equipment and processes for optimising manufacturing operations. Robots are practical technologies designed by engineers to refine, manufacture, and move Australian manufacturing ahead.
In an announcement, AMTIL said the technologies and capabilities showcased at AMW will include industrial robotic technology, machine tool tending, fibreglass and gelcoat, and paint finishing.
More than 220 organisations have already secured positions at the exhibit to showcase their latest manufacturing technologies, processes, and support services.
Participants will have the opportunity to gain insights from industry leaders and technology experts and explore new opportunities under one roof.
