Golden Spur Resources Pty Ltd, a Bellevue Gold Limited subsidiary, granted a contract to NRW Holdings Limited for surface mining and constructing a tailings storage facility at the Bellevue Gold Project.
The Bellevue Gold Project is located on the Goldfields Highway, 430 kilometres north of Kalgoorlie and 50 kilometres north of the small town of Leinster in Western Australia. NRW will source materials and supplies from these two regional hubs whenever possible.
“I am delighted to announce that NRW has been awarded this contract with Bellevue Gold. NRW has a long history as a high-quality provider of mining services to our clients in the Gold Industry, and I look forward to a successful partnership with Bellevue,” NRW CEO Jules Pemberton said.
Load & Haul, Drill & Blast, and the construction of a tailings storage facility are among the projects that need to be finished. Action Drill & Blast Pty Limited, an NRW subsidiary, will handle the drilling and blasting.
According to NRW, the contract is expected to be worth approximately $24 million. NRW reported that the project will begin in March 2023 and will be finished by mid-November 2023, with a project workforce of around 70 personnel.
