Conflux Technology will be showcasing its increasing line of customisable additively manufactured heat exchangers at this year’s Avalon Air show in the Victorian Government Pavilion.
In a press release, the company said it developed customisable heat exchangers using its additive manufacturing thermal solutions.
Conflux said it teamed up with LEAP Australia to present its Air to Liquid and Liquid to Liquid heat exchangers through an enhanced augmented reality experience.
This interactive and visual activity will enable participants to see complex engineering at work in a completely “unique” opportunity.
In turn, the product allows its defence and aerospace prime customers to quickly take advantage of the performance-enhancing benefits of 3D-printed heat exchangers.
These thermal solutions are appropriate for a variety of industries, including aerospace, defence, industrial, automotive, electric vehicles, and energy, according to Conflux.
Meanwhile, as part of the Australian Space Agency’s Moon to Mars Supply Chain Capabilities Development Initiative, Conflux recently received a grant worth $1 million.
The company said its $1.4 million heat exchanger initiative for rockets supporting low-orbit satellites will be supported by this financing.
The Moon to Mars Supply Chain Capability Improvement Program is part of the Australian Space Agency’s $150m Moon to Mars Initiative.
In terms of international partnerships, Conflux and General Atomics will celebrate their continued relationship and updated memorandum of understanding with a signing ceremony on Thursday, March 2nd.
Attendees can find Conflux’ exhibit at the event’s Display Pod 21 from 28 February to 05 March.
