Construction and engineering company Civmec has announced has announced executive and organizational structure changes that will see David Power take on the new role as Executive General Manager, Manufacturing.
Mr Power, who previously served as manager of the Henderson facility, will also take responsibility for the East Coast (NSW) facility operations.
The changes will also see Mylon Manusiu take on the new role as Executive General Manager, Maintenance, responsible for the maintenance activities for the company.
Mr Manusiu, who has been with the company for over 4 years, will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
Civmec also announced that Ms Justine Campbell has resigned from her position as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Group, effective from 27 September 2019, to pursue ‘other interests’.
It said the accounts team will be overseen by current company COO, Mr Kevin Deery, who will also function as the CFO following Ms Campbell’s resignation.
“The Company also made other organisational and structure changes to ensure there is minimal operational effect resulting from Mr Deery taking on the extra duties,” reads Civmec’s media statement.
