Metal additive manufacturing company Titomic has received a $260,000 purchase order from Triton Systems for the supply of components produced using Titomic’s additive manufacturing technology Titomic Kinetic Fusion (TKF).
This latest order highlights the continued demand for Titomic’s cutting-edge and unique manufacturing capabilities, Titomic said in a recent ASX announcement.
It also marks another step towards the commercialisation of Titomic’s Kinetic Fusion technology on a larger scale and its further expansion into key US markets.
Triton Systems is a developer and provider of advanced technologies. Titomic first partnered with the company in late March 2020 to introduce TKF to the US Department of Defense.
“We’re proud to receive this purchase order from Triton Systems, a highly respected company at the forefront of defence R&D. Our partnership continues to grow, and we look forward to delivering advanced manufacturing solutions that meet their unique needs,” said Herbert Koeck, managing director at Titomic.
“Our Kinetic Fusion technology, combined with Triton’s expertise, has the potential to drive innovation across the defence industry and beyond,” Koeck added.
“We are excited to continue our innovative partnership with Titomic and leverage their Kinetic Fusion technology to improve our manufacturing capabilities. Our two companies complement each other well, and we look forward to continuing to deliver cutting-edge solutions to our customers. The integration of Titomic’s technology into our operations will help us drive innovation and growth,” a Triton Systems representative said.
